Strong ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in CNC and manufacturing equipment
Hands-on experience with Haas CNC controls, tooling, probing, automation, and peripheral equipment (robots, bar feeders, pallets)
Proven ability to explain technical issues clearly, manage expectations, and build trust with customers under high-pressure situations
