  • Support the Purchasing department's activities, assisting with the acquisition of materials, products, and services
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on commercial proposals with suppliers
  • Register and update suppliers and products in the company's system
  • Support the issuance and tracking of purchase orders
  • Monitor delivery deadlines
  • Communicate and liaise with suppliers to align information, prices, and deadlines
  • Support other administrative activities within the Purchasing department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Accounting
  • Knowledge of the Windows operating system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive attitude and interest in developing knowledge in Purchasing
  • Reside in João Pessoa
  • Experience or interest in activities related to Purchasing
  • Knowledge of quotation processes and supplier negotiations
  • Basic understanding of supplier management and registration
  • Strong ability to organize and analyze information
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of administrative and financial processes
  • Ability to learn quickly, show initiative, and take a proactive approach
