About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the functional roadmap and usage standards for the Process Intelligence platform across CBS
- Define and govern data models, event logs, dashboards, and analytics standards
- Lead Process Intelligence initiatives from design through rollout in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Scale validated use cases from proof of concept to repeatable, cross-country solutions with clear value metrics
- Translate Process Intelligence insights into automation and AI opportunities supporting end-to-end transformation
- Functionally steer Process Intelligence Engineers on a project basis
- Drive adoption and value realization across P2P, O2C, and R2R
- Collaborate with GPO teams, the Delivery Manager Automation & AI, Process Intelligence Engineers, country process teams, shared service centers, corporate IT, and local IT
- Interact with key markets to ensure adoption and low time to value
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, information technology, business administration, or a related field, preferably with a focus on data analytics
- 5+ years of professional experience in business process analysis or data science/data engineering, preferably in process intelligence
- Proven track record in managing project teams and use case portfolios in Process Intelligence, e.g. Celonis or SAP Signavio
- Proven track record working in cross-functional, enterprise environments throughout transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery coordination skills
- Experience working in shared services or finance operations is beneficial
- Proven ability to deliver business impact using data-driven insights
- Experience managing interdisciplinary teams of business and technical experts on a project basis
- Strong stakeholder management across headquarters and countries
- Ability to operate in a senior expert, product-oriented role
