About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead IT improvement projects from proposal through rollout
- Strengthen security hygiene, including MFA, least privilege, 1Password vaults, access reviews, and credential rotation
- Support HRIS rollout through integrations, onboarding/offboarding workflows, go-live, and handover
- Build, test, secure, and document scripts and automations for provisioning and tool APIs
- Improve office technology and device lifecycle processes, including networks, meeting-room AV, printers, setup, refresh, and wiping
- Coordinate vendors and support vendor and spend reviews
- Document ownership and access for Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, 1Password, shared mailboxes, and calendars
- Review API keys and AI integrations with Engineering
- Maintain SOPs and runbooks for handover
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading IT, security, or automation projects from planning through implementation
- Strong troubleshooting across endpoints, networks, SaaS, and workplace audio and video systems
- Ability to read, write, and debug Python, JavaScript, or shell scripts and call APIs
- Comfortable using AI coding tools and verifying generated output
- Administration experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and 1Password
- Practical security experience with accounts, credentials, sensitive data, access reviews, incident response, APIs, and AI tools
- Strong ownership and prioritization; ability to communicate trade-offs and risks clearly
- Experience with internal IT, workplace technology, or system administration is nice-to-have; 5+ years or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience with MDM tools is nice-to-have
- Experience building AI agents or API-connected workflows is nice-to-have
- Professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is nice-to-have
