About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Community management, including responding to comments and DMs
  • Planning content in advance, creating and publishing posts
  • Supporting reporting activities
  • Video production for various project partners and for the agency’s own social media presence
  • Production management and collaborative planning with the team
  • Editing and post-production of content for organic social media and social ads in 9:16 format
  • Monitoring online culture, new formats, and relevant topics
  • Co-developing social media strategies and advancing content and channels as part of client projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native-level German (or C1)
  • Very good English skills
  • Initial practical experience in social media, e.g. through a working student role, internships, university projects, or personal social media accounts
  • Reliability, strong communication skills, and openness to collaboration
  • Passion for online culture, trends, and community building
  • Willingness to get hands-on, find solutions, and learn new things
  • 20 hours per week
  • Available to start immediately
  • Duration: at least 6 months, preferably longer
