About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support project planning activities using specialized software and methodologies
- Participate in meetings and discussions regarding project progress, providing relevant information to support decision-making
- Assist with descriptive and preventive project analyses by comparing physical progress, financial progress, and budget consumption
- Support the preparation of reports covering planned versus actual data, variances, and other strategic project management indicators
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve production planning and control processes
- Contribute to the integration and synchronization of the different departments involved in projects
- Support the preparation of progress measurements, reports, cash flow curves, schedules, and any additional documentation requested
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Civil Production Engineering, or a related field, up to the 7th semester
- Basic Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of Power BI and/or Microsoft Project is a plus
