About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments, including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials
- Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
- Complete virtual training in chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
- Treat clients through Pinch marketing and personal networks
- Offer appointment availability averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
- Manage products and supplies responsibly
- Maintain accurate and timely client records
- Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team
- Use Pinch marketing tools for client retention, patient outreach, and business growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active APRN license in Illinois required
- Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification required
- Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
- Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility
- If new to injectables or aesthetics, must complete one listed in-person Illinois training before starting
- Must attend the selected training dates in full
- Prior aesthetics experience, existing patient network, or interest in events, influencer programs, and photoshoots is a bonus
