About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peel, and at-home facial treatments safely according to Pinch's clinical standards
- Build a client base using Pinch marketing and personal networks
- Treat clients and convert first-time clients into regulars
- Set and manage a flexible schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week
- Use Pinch marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals
- Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records
- Represent Pinch in the local community and build awareness
- Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active APRN license in Washington DC
- Certification in injectables, or readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
- If newer to injectables, availability to attend an in-person training in full
- Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
- Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow your own practice
- Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network is a bonus
- Interest in expanding through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more is a bonus
