About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials safely and according to Pinch's clinical standards.
  • Build a client base from Pinch marketing and personal networks, converting first-time clients into regulars.
  • Set and manage a flexible schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week.
  • Use Pinch's marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals.
  • Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records.
  • Represent Pinch in the local community and build awareness.
  • Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month.
  • Attend required in-person training if new to injectables or aesthetics.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active APRN license in Pennsylvania.
  • Certification in injectables, or readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
  • If newer to injectables, availability to attend an in-person training in full.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow your own practice.
  • Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network is a bonus.
  • Interest in expanding through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more is a bonus.
