About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials safely according to Pinch's clinical standards
  • Build a client base through Pinch marketing and personal networks
  • Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month
  • Convert first-time clients into regular clients
  • Set and manage a flexible schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week
  • Use Pinch marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals
  • Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records
  • Represent Pinch in local communities and build awareness
  • Attend required in-person training before starting if new to injectables or aesthetics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active APRN license in Virginia
  • Certification in injectables or readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
  • Newer injectables providers must attend an in-person training in full
  • Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow an independent practice
  • Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network is a bonus
  • Interest in events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and related opportunities is a bonus
