About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments safely according to Pinch's clinical standards
Build a client base using Pinch marketing and personal networks
Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month
Set and manage a flexible schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week
Represent Pinch and build awareness in the local community
Use Pinch marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals
Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records
Attend required in-person injectables training if newer to aesthetics
Collaborate with fellow Providers and participate in community events

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active APRN license in Pennsylvania
Certification in injectables, or readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
Newer injectors must be available to attend an in-person training in full
Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow a personal practice
Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network is a bonus
Interest in events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and related opportunities is a bonus
