About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials safely according to Pinch's clinical standards
Build a client base through Pinch marketing and personal networks
Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month and convert first-time clients into regulars
Set and manage a flexible schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week
Use Pinch marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals
Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records
Represent Pinch and build awareness in the local community

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active APRN license in Virginia
Certification in injectables or readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
If newer to injectables, availability to attend an in-person training in full
Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow your own practice
Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network is a bonus
Interest in events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and related opportunities is a bonus
