About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments safely according to Pinch's clinical standards
Build a client base through personal networks and community outreach
Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month
Set and manage a flexible schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week
Use Pinch's marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals
Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records
Represent Pinch and build awareness in the local community
Collaborate with fellow Providers through events and local connections

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active APRN license in Ohio
If newer to injectables, availability to attend an in-person training in full
Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow an individual practice
Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network (bonus)
Interest in expanding through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more (bonus)
Minimum of 5 clients per month
Availability to attend required training before starting if new to injectables or aesthetics
