About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials
  • Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
  • Participate in virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
  • Treat clients through Pinch marketing and personal network
  • Offer appointment availability averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
  • Manage products and supplies responsibly
  • Keep accurate and timely client records
  • Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
  • Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team
  • Use Pinch marketing tools for client retention, patient outreach, and business growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active APRN license in Colorado
  • Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
  • Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility
  • If new to injectables or aesthetics, completion of one of the listed in-person trainings is required before starting
  • Ability to attend one training date in full: October 24th & 25th or November 21st & 22nd
  • Prior aesthetics experience, existing patient network, or interest in expanding through events, influencer programs, and photoshoots is a bonus
