About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials safely according to Pinch's clinical standards
- Build a client base from a personal network and convert first-time clients into regulars
- Set and manage a flexible schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week
- Use Pinch's marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals
- Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records
- Represent Pinch in the local community and build awareness
- Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month
- Collaborate with fellow Providers and build local connections through events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active APRN license in Ohio
- If newer to injectables, availability to attend an in-person training in full
- Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
- Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow a practice
- Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network (bonus)
- Interest in events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and similar opportunities (bonus)
