About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peel, and at-home facial treatments safely according to Pinch clinical standards
Build a client base from a personal network and convert first-time clients into regulars
Set a flexible schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week
Use Pinch marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals
Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records
Represent Pinch in the local community and build awareness
Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active APRN license in Ohio
If newer to injectables, availability to attend an in-person training in full before starting
Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow a practice
Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network is a bonus
Interest in events, influencer programs, and photoshoots is a bonus
