About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments safely and according to Pinch's clinical standards
Build a client base through personal networks and community relationships
Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month
Set a flexible schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week
Use Pinch's marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals
Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records
Represent Pinch and build awareness in the local community

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active APRN license in Ohio
If newer to injectables, availability to attend an in-person training in full before starting
Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow an independent practice
Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network is a bonus
Interest in events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and similar opportunities is a bonus
