About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments safely according to Pinch's clinical standards
Build a client base using a personal network and convert first-time clients into regulars
Set and manage a flexible schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week
Build awareness for Pinch among neighbors, businesses, and others in the local community
Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month
Use Pinch's marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals
Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records
Represent Pinch as a Founding Provider in the local community

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active APRN license in Ohio
If newer to injectables, availability to attend an in-person training in full
Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow your own practice
Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network (bonus)
Interest in expanding through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more (bonus)
