About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments safely and according to Pinch's clinical standards
Build a client base through Pinch marketing and personal networks
Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month
Work a self-directed schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week
Use Pinch marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals
Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records
Represent Pinch and build awareness in the local community
Participate in events, social media features, influencer partnerships, and new opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active APRN license in Maryland
Certification in injectables or readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
Newer injectables practitioners must be available to attend an in-person training in full
Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow a practice
Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network (bonus)
Interest in events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and similar opportunities (bonus)
