About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care in clients’ homes
- Provide neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, skincare, and at-home facial experiences
- Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and personal networks
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records
- Manage supplies responsibly
- Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards
- Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team
- Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow the client book
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Illinois APRN license (full practice authority preferred)
- Experience with injectables, including neurotoxin injections
- Comfort treating independently
- Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting such as med spa, dermatology, plastics, or concierge aesthetics
- Strong patient communication
- Professionalism and commitment to safety
- Preferred: Existing client base or strong networking ability
- Preferred: Interest in events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations
- Preferred: Availability to treat 10–50 clients per month
