About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, exercises, and pre-study content
Support the individual pre-study phase from December 4, 2026 to January 6, 2027
Deliver interactive, instructor-led training sessions from January 7 to April 2, 2027
Cover Oracle Fusion ERP foundations, architecture and cloud, financials, procurement, functional and data management, technical integration, Oracle AI Agents, testing and QA, and consulting power skills
Guide participants through theoretical concepts and real-world Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP scenarios
Provide ongoing mentorship and individual support
Assess and provide feedback on participants' final capstone projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, ideally covering Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) and Procurement
Experience with data migration and integration tools (FBDI, ADFdi, BICC, OIC) considered a plus
Experience with Oracle AI Agents or GenAI tools in ERP delivery considered a plus
Proven track record in ERP training, coaching, or enablement programs
Ability to create structured, easy-to-understand training content for career changers
Confident in remote delivery using digital collaboration tools
Freelance availability for the preparation phase and 12-week program
