About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and deliver structured, interactive and practice-oriented training sessions
  • Teach core z/OS concepts and mainframe system programming
  • Cover z/OS architecture, JCL/JES, Data Management, SMP/E, IPL, CICS, DB2, IMS, MQ, System Automation and REXX
  • Develop training materials, practical exercises and hands-on labs
  • Mentor participants and support them throughout the programme
  • Guide participants through a final practical project

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive hands-on experience with IBM z/OS and Mainframe technologies
  • Strong background in z/OS system programming or mainframe infrastructure
  • Broad knowledge of mainframe technologies and enterprise environments
  • Previous experience in technical training, workshops or mentoring
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging training sessions in English
