About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical, analytical, and lifecycle support to the Maritime Electronic Warfare Systems Division for U.S. Navy Electromagnetic Warfare, Decoy, and SEWIP systems
- Support cradle-to-grave activities including engineering, technology transition, installation, logistics, product support, test and evaluation, sustainment, maintenance, and repair
- Integrate and coordinate logistics processes across operational, acquisition, sustainment, and wholesale environments
- Plan, develop, initiate, integrate, and manage lifecycle logistics activities supporting readiness, availability, maintainability, and sustainment
- Direct integrated logistics processes and develop support policies, procedures, plans, and systems
- Develop and implement logistics directives, procedures, and guidance for EW, Decoy, and SEWIP systems
- Coordinate logistics requirements across engineering, maintenance, supply, acquisition, program management, and operational organizations
- Analyze logistics, maintenance, supply, reliability, and readiness data to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Support logistics planning for technology transition, fielding, installation, test and evaluation, sustainment, maintenance, repair, and modifications
- Establish and enforce logistics standards and processes
- Develop logistics documentation, reports, metrics, assessments, and recommendations
- Coordinate and track logistics actions against schedules, performance standards, and mission objectives
- Support continuous improvement initiatives optimizing capability, readiness, availability, lifecycle performance, and cost effectiveness
