About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical, analytical, and lifecycle support to the Maritime Electronic Warfare Systems Division (MEWSD) for U.S. Navy Electromagnetic Warfare, Decoy, and SEWIP systems
Support cradle-to-grave activities including engineering, technology transition, installation, logistics, product support, test and evaluation, sustainment, maintenance, and repair
Apply mathematical, scientific, engineering, and analytical methods to evaluate complex operational and organizational challenges
Analyze allocation of personnel, funding, materials, equipment, and other resources to improve operational performance
Support strategic planning, forecasting, resource allocation, performance measurement, and scheduling
Gather, validate, organize, and analyze large and complex datasets for data-driven decision-making
Apply simulation, linear and nonlinear programming, dynamic programming, queuing models, stochastic-process models, and analytic hierarchy processes
Develop mathematical and analytical models of complex systems, processes, operational environments, and resource relationships
Conduct modeling, simulation, and what-if analyses
Analyze supply chain, transportation, distribution, logistics, and operational processes
Develop and evaluate alternative courses of action for planning, optimization, and resource management
Establish and assess performance measures and analytical metrics
Translate analytical results into recommendations, reports, visualizations, and decision-support products for technical and program leadership
