About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join Piper Sandler's Healthcare Medtech investment banking team
- Provide advisory and financing services related to mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, private placements, restructuring, and corporate and venture services
- Provide thoughtful advice and diligent execution for investment banking clients
- Partner with corporate clients and financial sponsors
- Apply deep product and sector expertise and industry relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years of investment banking experience at the associate level
- Prior Medtech sector experience required
- Previous experience executing sell-side M&A transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop internal and external relationships
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
