About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the end-to-end functional and operational owner of the ODS platform, including bank-specific configurations and customizations
Develop and maintain understanding of business processes, business rules, application configurations, integrations, and platform behavior across environments
Own application configurations and ensure changes are assessed, documented, controlled, and implemented across environments
Coordinate day-to-day production support and major incident response
Perform initial incident assessment and triage and drive timely resolution through appropriate stakeholders
Coordinate release readiness and production deployments with QA, engineering, and other stakeholders
Own and maintain application documentation, user manuals, operational procedures, runbooks, and training materials
Oversee production health, identify operational risks, and reduce recurring operational issues
Serve as the primary functional and operational point of contact for internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MSc, BSc)
4-5 years of relevant professional experience in Application Ownership, Application Management, Production Operations, Business Systems, or IT/Application Support roles
Experience working in enterprise-scale or regulated environments, ideally within banking, financial services, or fintech
Experience coordinating production incidents, application changes, releases, and cross-functional delivery activities
Understanding of application configuration management, production support processes, and IT Service Management (ITSM) practices
Ability to investigate application issues and support root-cause analysis using logs, APIs, and basic SQL queries
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Accountability, ownership, initiative, and a structured, hands-on approach to problem-solving
