About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather and analyze business requirements and needs
- Communicate data and information to create business and technology solutions that manage, measure and monitor business decision-making
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend upgrades and solutions
- Manage the end-to-end business analysis lifecycle from requirements analysis through solution implementation
- Enhance operational efficiency through digital transformation
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Review manuals and documentation to ensure deliverable requirements are met
- Continuously evaluate and improve business and technology processes and practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration or Finance (BSc, MSc)
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Business Analysis and systems development
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
- Ability to analyze processes and effectively utilize AI tools to improve operational efficiency and outcomes
- Knowledge/experience in the Banking sector, including systems and procedures
- Knowledge/experience in Investment products & Services is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
