About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end Equity & Debt Capital Markets transactions, including IPOs, SPOs, tender offers, M&A, and other corporate finance transactions
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including legal, tax/accounting, and due diligence advisors
Prepare transaction documents such as Information Memorandums, prospectuses, teasers, and pitch books
Perform financial statement analysis and valuations
Ensure accuracy of financial data and analyses
Perform quality control checks and validate assumptions
Work closely with clients, advisors, and key stakeholders to deliver tailored financial solutions and support strategic business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
3 to 5 years of professional experience in investment banking or a related financial services sector
Experience focused on Equity & Debt Capital Markets, including IPOs, SPOs, public offerings, and tender offers
Experience in M&A and/or Project Finance transactions considered an asset
Knowledge of institutional and regulatory frameworks, including domestic capital markets legislation, European directives, Euronext Athens rulebook, and company law
Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS/IAS)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Experience with financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and valuation techniques
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and develop effective solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
