About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support institutional planning, control, and management activities
Consolidate strategic information, monitor organizational performance, and prepare analyses to support decision-making
Support the organization’s budgetary, financial, and management oversight
Prepare, monitor, and analyze the institutional budget, tracking revenue, expenses, contracts, and financial execution
Conduct financial and management analyses, including projections, studies, and performance evaluations
Monitor institutional plans, action plans, and strategic initiatives
Develop, monitor, and analyze performance indicators, dashboards, and management reports
Structure, integrate, and provide strategic information by consolidating data and indicators
Gather, extract, process, and integrate data from the TOTVS ERP and other corporate systems
Serve as the liaison between the Control squad and execution teams, contributing to accountability and reporting processes
Contribute to risk management, internal controls, compliance, corporate governance, and continuous improvement
Prepare executive presentations and management reports for the Executive Board, managers, and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, Financial Management, or a related field
Academic or professional experience in planning, budgeting, controllership, corporate finance, data analysis, or management support functions
Analytical mindset and interest in planning, governance, and institutional management
Experience developing indicators, dashboards, management reports, Business Intelligence tools, ERP systems (preferably TOTVS), accountability and reporting processes, and continuous improvement, governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives is a plus
Postgraduate degree, MBA, specialization, or master’s degree in Controllership, Finance, Planning, Strategic Management, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Corporate Governance is a plus
