About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, execute, and monitor projects, programs, and initiatives for the TICVALE Cluster and the Innovation Sandbox
Manage relationships with companies, partners, and other innovation ecosystem stakeholders
Identify and develop opportunities for connections, partnerships, projects, and business for companies and the ecosystem
Support the implementation of the Cluster’s strategy and initiatives related to technology, innovation, GovTech, and Smart Cities
Facilitate collaboration among companies, government, universities, research institutions, and support organizations
Lead meetings, events, workshops, and other ecosystem relationship-building and development activities
Monitor schedules, metrics, results, risks, and deliverables, proposing solutions and next steps
Prepare research, analyses, action plans, presentations, reports, and other project-related documents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Marketing, Innovation Management, or a related field
A postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Innovation, Business, Entrepreneurship, Technology, Regional Development, or a related field is desirable
Professional experience in project management, innovation, technology, business development, innovation environments, or institutional relations
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, planning, schedule tracking, metrics, and action plans
Knowledge of innovation ecosystems, startups, entrepreneurship, and business development
Knowledge of or interest in public innovation policies, Science, Technology and Innovation, and territorial development
Knowledge of the Brazilian Legal Framework for Startups, the Brazilian Legal Framework for Science, Technology and Innovation, and Regulatory Sandboxes is a plus
Knowledge of or experience with GovTech, Smart Cities, digital transformation, open innovation, or technologies applied to the public sector is a plus
Ability to conduct research, market analyses, and mapping of companies, technologies, and opportunities
Ability to work with metrics and data and prepare management reports
Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
Experience with project management and organization tools such as Trello, Monday, Asana, Notion, or similar tools is desirable
Strong ability to prepare documents, presentations, and institutional materials
Intermediate English proficiency for reading, research, and communication in technology- and innovation-related contexts is desirable
