About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build, maintain, and iterate on recurring Finance dashboards and reports
Automate reporting wherever possible and keep underlying queries current
Reconcile outputs across production systems, Salesforce, Rillet, Metabase, and financial reporting
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies
Maintain data models for invoicing, revenue reporting, collections, fee payments, refunds, and forecasting
Coordinate changes across Salesforce, Rillet, production systems, and Finance reporting
Ensure IDs connect, key inputs have defined sources of truth, and definitions and logic remain consistent
Monitor for data issues and establish controls and alerts for upstream breaks, logic changes, and unusual movements
Support Finance, invoicing, and related workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in a Financial Data Analyst or Analytics role
Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets
Experience building dashboards with BI tools such as Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Experience working with financial data specifically
Strong analytical instincts with the ability to identify trends and anomalies
Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis
Ability to explain insights to technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment
Experience supporting finance, operations, or revenue teams with reporting is extra credit
Experience working in healthcare, healthcare payments, or another regulated environment is extra credit
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
