About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a strategic project focused on AI awareness and adoption
- Lead end-to-end development projects
- Define objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, identify risks, and propose solutions
- Organize governance meetings and ensure deadlines are met
- Identify new partners and develop a prospecting strategy
- Develop, negotiate, and manage a portfolio of partners
- Represent Pix to new economic stakeholders
- Organize workshops, attend trade shows, and host webinars
- Build a partner community and develop lasting relationships
- Help shape the strategy and evolve Pix’s offering in line with business needs
- Contribute to discussions on AI use cases and Pix’s development
- Design presentation materials, produce content, and contribute to communications campaigns
- Showcase completed projects and participate in employer branding initiatives as needed
- Build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and prepare reports
- Measure the impact of initiatives and make recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (university, Sciences Po, business school, or equivalent) in project management, economic development, vocational training, innovation management, or social sciences
- More than 3 years of successful experience in project management and partnership development
- Experience ideally related to digital technologies, vocational training, or artificial intelligence
- Experience within the vocational training ecosystem, particularly with OPCOs, industry bodies, or business networks
- Direct experience within these organizations would be an advantage
- Creativity and initiative
- A high degree of autonomy, a strong team spirit, and adaptability
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of the vocational training ecosystem and its key stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in core digital skills, equivalent to PIX levels 5–6
- Excellent writing and summarization skills, with impeccable spelling and grammar
- Strong interest in AI
- Proven skills in managing digital projects
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Metabase is a plus
