About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to developing and evolving the product vision in alignment with the overall strategy
- Develop, update, and share the roadmap, needs map, and product vision materials
- Communicate the vision to internal stakeholders
- Represent users and, occasionally, Pix at events
- Participate in product discovery and design
- Maintain the Product Backlog and incorporate user feedback
- Write User Stories, detailed technical tasks, and Epics
- Organize and facilitate scoping workshops with design, tech, and business teams
- Prioritize and plan development work by iteration
- Clarify business requirements communicated to developers
- Monitor development using a continuous improvement approach
- Conduct functional acceptance testing for enhancements and share knowledge internally
- Track feature adoption and health after release
- Participate in Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, and demos
- Contribute to improving tools and internal organization, and to fostering a product culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally, a higher-education degree in project management, engineering, UX, computer science, or a related field
- 3 years of product management experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Experience facilitating collaborative workshops involving diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of UX/UI design processes
- Ability to structure roadmaps and manage backlogs
- Ability to work with developers, designers, and business teams
- Knowledge of Agile methods and associated ceremonies
- Ability to design and write User Stories and functional specifications
- Strong sensitivity to user experience
- Knowledge of Metabase and Plausible
- Proficiency with Jira, Slack, GitHub, Miro, Whimsical, etc.
- Rigor, autonomy, and strong organizational skills
- Initiative and the ability to propose creative solutions
- Intellectual curiosity and an interest in complex or technical topics
- Excellent listening, communication, and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Comfortable working in cross-functional environments and with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to identify a relevant MVP and adopt a user-centered approach
