About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows supporting core GTM processes
  • Investigate and resolve issues in revenue-critical Apex services across triggers, flows, and integration touchpoints
  • Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with CPQ, CLM/contract tools, sales engagement platforms, data enrichment tools, and data warehouses
  • Use middleware, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven patterns for cross-platform integrations
  • Prototype and productionize AI-assisted workflows using LLM APIs, Salesforce-hosted MCP servers, and agentic tooling
  • Automate RevOps processes including deal reviews, data QA, reporting, and triage
  • Contribute to Salesforce architecture decisions, including data models, sharing models, integration patterns, and CI/CD
  • Work with RevOps, Deal Desk, Sales leadership, and Engineering to translate business requirements into tested technical solutions
  • Write testable and documented code; participate in code review and release management
  • Support SOX/ITGC controls relevant to revenue systems where applicable
  • Report into GTM Technology and work alongside Salesforce architects, GTM Operations partners, and Engineering

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP, platform events, middleware)
  • Experience with CPQ (Salesforce CPQ or similar)
  • Working understanding of quote-to-cash / lead-to-cash data flows
  • Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-powered workflows, agentic systems, or LLM-backed automations
  • Strong debugging and systems-thinking skills
  • Experience with integration/middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Tray.io, Workato, or similar
  • Modern API design experience
  • Version control with Git, CI/CD, testing discipline, and code review practices
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a proactive, builder-oriented mindset
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus but not required
