  • Ability to communicate complex concepts succinctly for broad audiences to drive decisions
  • Experience driving roadmaps and prioritization exercises
  • Demonstrated clear impact through product decisions
  • Strong opinion on UX and data
  • High ownership, velocity, and throughput
