About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead others on the team, unblock colleagues, and provide guidance and mentorship
- Help build the team roadmap and advocate for future work with supporting plans
- Own and improve Okta configuration, lifecycle policies, access reviews, MFA enforcement, and Workflows automation
- Manage endpoint configuration via Iru/Kandji, preferably using policy-as-code and version-controlled configurations
- Build and maintain automation to reduce repetitive support burden
- Evaluate, deploy, and support AI tooling to improve team and company productivity
- Manage SaaS procurement and renewals for owned systems
- Actively own company-wide SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Linear, Slack, and Okta
- Support Engineering, Security, and GTM teams with planned cross-functional systems work
- Participate in an on-call rotation for a few hours per week
- Own domains, extend team capabilities on a longer-term roadmap, and deliver larger, more complex projects lasting a quarter or longer
- Work three days per week in the office
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience supporting a large fleet of macOS devices
- Experience with mobile device management for Apple devices, such as Iru, Intune, or Workspace One
- Experience with configuration as code, such as Terraform
- Advanced usage of Bash, Python, or other programming languages
- Experience leveraging Claude Code, Codex, or other tools to improve solution quality and efficiency
- Experience managing, defining, and leading the business with the proper use of critical central business systems
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Experience with Slack
- Experience with Linear, Jira, or other ticketing platforms
- Security-minded approach
- Experience with infrastructure as code and automation-first practices
