Take ownership of features from concept through QA across several active products and internal tools
Build and ship features across multiple projects using Lovable and modern web stacks
Test and validate work before handoff
Refine UX/UI and improve workflows and product quality proactively
Debug, refine, and extend generated code when needed
Communicate tradeoffs and blockers clearly
Suggest better approaches and identify product gaps proactively
Work independently while maintaining clear, proactive communication
Move projects forward quickly without sacrificing quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with Lovable for rapid feature development and prototyping
Strong full-stack engineering skills (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Supabase, or similar)
Ability to work directly in code when overrides, debugging, or refinements are needed
Strong product intuition and design awareness
Experience building polished applications end-to-end
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects
Reliable part-time availability on an ongoing basis
Experience working on SaaS or marketing technology products (bonus)
Strong UI/UX instincts without requiring detailed design direction (bonus)
Experience working closely with founders or fast-moving startup teams (bonus)
Ability to identify product gaps and propose thoughtful solutions proactively (bonus)
