About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors entering the building
  • Develop and maintain tenant relationships and provide individualized experiences
  • Schedule restaurant, business, hotel, and entertainment reservations and appointments
  • Plan and organize on-site events
  • Provide directions and referrals to local entertainment, dining, retail, sporting events, tourist attractions, and car services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of local attractions and establishments
  • Polite, friendly, self-assured, and able to multitask with good time-management
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
