About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors entering the building
Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized experiences
Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues
Plan and organize on-site events
Provide directions and referrals for local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions, and car services
Document, secure, and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services
Answer telephones
Monitor the lobby
Maintain and control keys and access cards

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of customer service experience
Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone
Excellent written and verbal communication
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of local attractions and establishments
Polite, friendly, and self-assured
Ability to multitask with good time-management
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
