About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive sales growth and deliver premium customer service
- Identify business development risks and opportunities in Automotive & Electronics markets
- Develop and implement a consistent account strategy aligned with company targets
- Manage global agreements and strategic projects, including pricing strategy definition
- Travel to meet customers, understand market dynamics, and build long-term relationships
- Bridge technical expertise and commercial responsibilities within the Automotive & Electronics segments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Holding a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Management and/or Engineering Degree (or equivalent)
- Having a technical background and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and systems
- Showing proven leadership abilities and strong communication skills as well as effective interaction at all levels and across diverse cultures
- Speaking fluently English; any other language is an asset
- Willingness to travel 20-40% of the time, internationally
- Understanding of the Automotive & Electronics industry-specific requirements, including the quality standards
