Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform business analysis functions for enterprise software adoption plans, including ERP solutions
  • Analyze technology vendor proposals and create deliverables supporting IT investment decisions
  • Participate in strategic research projects on advanced technology and assist with thought leadership articles
  • Perform IT due diligence for private equity clients and strategic corporate buyers evaluating acquisitions
  • Create IT scorecards, best-practice analyses, risk assessments, financial summaries, and recommendations
  • Analyze merger integration and carve-out separation scenarios
  • Develop transition service agreements and transition workplans
  • Translate technical observations into practical, actionable roadmaps for client sponsors
  • Provide advisory and management support to execute roadmaps and recommendations after acquisitions
  • Develop technology and operations industry expertise across multiple verticals
  • Develop client relationships and participate in networking and business development activities
  • Work alongside experienced advisors supporting client technology initiatives across diverse industries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, supply chain, information technology, systems engineering, industrial engineering, or related field
  • Detail-oriented leader with problem-solving, project management, facilitation, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical professionals and C-level executives/leaders
  • Ability to efficiently multitask among multiple client and internal projects
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Foundational IT knowledge, including types of enterprise cloud-based applications, preferred
  • Business acumen and knowledge of business process design in areas such as supply chain and accounting, preferred
  • This is an exempt position that may require some local, national, and occasional international travel
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, except qualified candidates bilingual in Japanese and English or Chinese and English
