About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute campaign, content, and event strategies across industry and service line verticals
  • Serve as point of contact for assigned campaigns and marketing programs
  • Initiate content creation, event execution, and activation
  • Partner with marketing team members, internal creative studio, channel owners, internal stakeholders, and other firm groups
  • Coordinate and facilitate task execution using marketing technologies and project management tools
  • Coordinate, plan, and implement assigned events and sponsorship projects from initiation to reporting
  • Maintain relationships with external partners and associations
  • Negotiate sponsorship benefits and coordinate activation, renewal, and key deliverables
  • Create and edit promotional copy for ads, social media, and email, and select images
  • Support implementation of multichannel campaigns to engage and nurture audiences and drive demand
  • Track campaign success and recommend improvements
  • Distribute digital communications and set up campaigns and marketing lists in CRM and Marketo
  • Secure content and design approvals from marketing teams and practice staff
  • Maintain expert knowledge of CRM and train practice staff on appropriate system use
  • Support data analysis and reporting for campaigns, webinars, events, and marketing initiatives
  • Manage workflows for marketing collateral and communications, including edits, changes, and approvals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration or other related subject area
  • Requires at least 1 year of experience in marketing, inclusive of internships and/or volunteer positions while earning degree
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A team player and collaborator
  • Working knowledge of common software applications and digital tools, including Microsoft Office, Teams, ON24 platforms, Marketo, Adobe Workfront, and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask multiple projects/tasks and re-prioritize as needed
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation software a plus
  • Limited travel is required
  • This is a non-exempt position and may require work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, except qualified candidates bilingual in Japanese and English or Chinese and English
