About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the administration and execution of firmwide client feedback and survey programs
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate projects and ensure a smooth client feedback process
  • Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing client feedback data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Help prepare communications, resources, and instructions related to client experience initiatives
  • Support client onboarding and client experience improvement projects across the firm
  • Collaborate with partners, administrators, and other stakeholders to answer questions and support ongoing initiatives
  • Utilize CRM and other technology platforms to maintain data integrity and support reporting needs
  • Contribute to project management activities, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and key milestones

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completion of three years of study in pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Moderate degree of creativity and latitude
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to follow instruction and work as a team player
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of and interest in content marketing and social media
  • This is a non-exempt position and may require work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, with the exception of qualified candidates who are bilingual in either Japanese and English or Chinese and English
