About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the Plasma experience from concept to launch
- Invent new features and shape how Plasma One feels to use
- Turn the advantages of stablecoins and blockchain into useful financial experiences
- Use AI to explore ambitious ideas and build functional prototypes
- Turn abstract concepts into coded prototypes
- Collaborate with engineers to bring designs into production
- Refine microinteractions, motion, and visual polish
- Build reusable design-system components and interaction patterns
- Align design and implementation as the product grows
- Use research, usability testing, and product data to discover opportunities and improve shipped work
- Work closely with engineering and growth teams
- Help establish design processes, review standards, and quality practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically 6+ years in product design
- Shipped native iOS and/or Android work
- Meaningful contributions to a design system
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft, refined details, reasoning, taste, and contribution to finished products
- Confidence with functional prototyping
- Ability to make an idea tangible enough to test behaviour and communicate the intended experience to engineers
- Sound product judgment
- Ability to explain how user evidence changed a decision, prioritisation choices, and post-launch outcomes
- Comfort making progress when the brief is incomplete
- Direct, thoughtful collaboration and constructive disagreement
- Understanding of or ability to write code is a bonus, not a requirement
