About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and manage our social media channels, with a focus on the basketball community
  • Manage the community and communicate directly with our target audience
  • Conduct outreach and engage with potential customers, such as basketball clubs, partners, and organizations
  • Communicate with nonprofits and social impact partners
  • Support crowdfunding and growth campaigns
  • Prepare and conduct product demos for stakeholders
  • Manage projects independently and execute operational activities
  • Provide general all-round support in the day-to-day operations of a startup
  • Work closely with the founding team to build a platform at the intersection of basketball, community, and social impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You work in a structured, independent, and proactive manner
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You are interested in basketball, social impact, and startups
  • Initial experience in social media, marketing, sales, project management, or NGOs is a plus
  • You are an all-rounder who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment
  • You take initiative and think beyond simply completing assigned tasks
  • Position available as a working student or intern (m/f/d) in Cologne
