About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build corporate legal structure for the projects
  • Provide legal support for the projects
  • Draft and revise commercial contracts, internal policies and other legal documents
  • Assist with research and analysis of potential legal risks in the company's jurisdictions of operations
  • Assist with implementation of legal compliance in data protection, marketing, payment, consumer rights and other areas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ukrainian Language
  • Fluent English (including legal drafting)
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, 2+ in iGaming
  • Knowledge of AML procedures is a big plus
  • Fast learner
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Initiative and willingness to work on a wide variety of legal matters and to think creatively to solve different legal issues
  • Hard-working, well-organized and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under pressure
