About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consolidate and analyze monthly management results, including the consolidated and company-level income statements, actual vs. budget performance, and explanations of variances by department and cost center
Lead the annual budgeting cycle and personnel and expense reviews
Gather information from managers, manage assumptions, maintain version control, and consolidate budget databases
Prepare and lead expense review meetings with managers, ensuring action plans are established and tracking commitments
Prepare and monitor forecasts and projected cash flow
Monitor short-term variances, seasonality, and working capital requirements
Build and maintain management reports and dashboards in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI
Use data from Omie and other systems, ensuring standardized parameter mappings, naming conventions, and allocations
Develop decision-support models covering profitability, unit viability, pricing, investments, and scenarios
Track franchise network KPIs and produce performance analyses
Support the monthly close with Accounting/BPO teams, reconciling management and accounting views
Prepare the monthly results package for the executive team and shareholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Controllership, or Financial Planning, preferably in a multi-company corporate group
Proven experience managing the full budgeting and forecasting cycle and analyzing actual vs. budget performance, with direct interaction with managers from other departments
Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, and Power Query
Experience with ERP systems and processing large volumes of data; Omie is preferred, while TOTVS, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems are also accepted
Strong knowledge of management accounting, including the ability to read income statements, balance sheets, and direct and indirect cash flow statements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with franchisees, customers, and internal teams
Professional demeanor and confidence in following up on action items and handling financial matters
Proactive, self-directed, and able to identify and resolve discrepancies
Ability to present results clearly and objectively
