About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the customer support team with day-to-day operations and ongoing projects across Europe
- Provide technical customer support via email and telephone
- Advise end customers on sales and product-related inquiries
- Manage complaints and returns
- Regularly audit and optimize existing in-house processes
- Contribute to new and innovative projects
- Work flexibly from home and maintain regular communication with colleagues and management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in energy engineering, environmental engineering, engineering, engineering management, or a comparable field
- Enthusiasm for renewable energy and enjoyment of interacting with people
- Initial practical experience in photovoltaics is an advantage, or a strong interest in the field
- Ability to think conceptually and take a broader perspective
- Structured, independent, and meticulous approach to work
- Very good German and good English skills
- Availability to work up to 20 hours per week
- Willingness to commit to a position lasting at least 6 months
