About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement shared testing tools, mock services, test data generation capabilities, and E2E test infrastructure
Drive a testing-first culture across the organization
Create testing frameworks and standards
Define test scenarios with Product Managers
Provide expert consultation on testing approaches in PRDs and TDDs
Track and review quality KPIs
Conduct monthly QA metrics reviews
Audit E2E test coverage against critical paths
Identify and fix flaky tests
Facilitate quarterly strategy reviews
Create admin tooling and documentation for self-service test data creation and comprehensive testing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven senior level experience in test automation
Track record of building testing infrastructure at scale
Deep expertise in E2E testing frameworks
Expertise in test automation tools
Experience building mock services for complex integrations
Strong experience establishing testing culture and driving organizational change
Excellent collaboration skills
Ability to influence Engineering Leads, Product Managers, and senior leadership
Self-starter able to define strategy, prioritize ruthlessly, and execute with minimal oversight
