About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Become a domain expert in the covered space and work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketeers to define and execute the team’s roadmap
Develop team metrics, targets, and visualisations to monitor performance and unpack trends
Perform deep-dive analyses to generate actionable insights, understand users, and identify high-impact opportunities such as new features and bugs
Design and run experiments and A/B tests to evaluate new releases
Build and maintain data models using BigQuery and dbt
Opportunity to people-manage and mentor

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in a quantitative role
Strong analytical skills
Self-motivated and self-managing
Impact-driven and able to balance quality and speed
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely about complex technical solutions and challenges
Ability to actively participate in retrospective dialogue and propose solutions
Strong SQL skills
Ideally Python, R, and dbt
Experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Matplotlib
Familiarity with causal inference and experimentation
Experience in Fintech, B2C digital companies, and/or fast-paced scale-ups is good to have
